• present visual direction to store teams
• communicate product delays and adjustments
• manage the visual merchandising calendar and budget
• partner with Creative and Marketing on signage
• direct display standards and seasonal store environments
• develop partner toolkits and planograms
• train retail staff
• gather store feedback and lead visual merchandising tests and improvements.
