The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Tooele, UT, with pay of $20–$30 per hour. Total Care ABA provides in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. The RBT delivers direct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, helping children and families work toward meaningful goals. The role implements individualized plans, tracks progress, and supports communication, social, and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
