Customer Experience Coordinator

Job overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator role is onsite in Ypsilanti, MI, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. HANSONS coordinates customer appointments and project activity to support homeowners from their first appointment through project completion. The coordinator keeps customer communication, scheduling, records, and office operations organized so customers and internal teams can move projects toward completion. The role also handles payments and helps resolve customer concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and project updates

• coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers
• manage scheduling changes and customer concerns
• process payments, checks, and deposits
• maintain project records
• order office and sales supplies
• support daily office operations.
