Team Leader, Land Development Design

Job overview

The Team Leader, Land Development Design role is onsite in Waldorf, MD, with annual compensation of $120,000–$150,000. The role supports Soltesz’s civil engineering and land development work across Southern Maryland and the surrounding region.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of civil engineering and land development projects from concept through construction
• serve as the primary client contact
• lead project planning, delivery, schedules, budgets, profitability, and invoicing
• prepare proposals, scopes, and fee estimates
• represent clients at agency meetings, presentations, and hearings
• support business development
• mentor staff
• and oversee quality control, workload planning, and resources.

Why this role
