What you'll do

• Review daily time entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing policies
• coordinate with attorneys on time descriptions
• prepare and finalize weekly pre-bills in Clio Manage
• process final invoices and apply trust funds and retainers in compliance with State Bar rules
• maintain records in Clio, QuickBooks, and NetDocuments
• process client payments through LawPay, reconcile deposits, and track retainer replenishments
• monitor accounts receivable and initiate collections
• communicate with clients about billing and trust balances
• reconcile billed revenue, client costs, and trust transfers
• prepare monthly billing and A/R reports
• assist with payment disputes, chargebacks, and refunds.
