Implementation Manager

What you'll do

• Guide implementations from kickoff through go-live
• understand customer technology stacks and map business processes to the product
• coordinate ERP, CRM, tax, and payment integrations
• support testing and pilots
• coach internal teams on accounting practices
• identify product gaps and collaborate on scalable solutions
• manage requirements, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps
• align customer stakeholders on progress and blockers.
