What you'll do

• Train and cross-train department employees
• review and audit daily work for accuracy and procedural compliance
• prepare management reports and recommend training
• coach the team
• coordinate scheduling and coverage
• identify and resolve errors
• research data for reports, audits, SOX controls, and projects
• monitor applicable rules and policies
• process transactions and documentation accurately
• research exceptions and discrepancies.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, as is four years of office management, banking, or related experience. Banking rules, NACHA rules, and Regulation E knowledge are preferred.
