Operations Specialist II — Aerospace & Defense

What you'll do

• Start carrier traces for failed-to-load or unable-to-locate shipments
• source driver coverage for order segments, including oversized shipments
• use bid and quote tools to source specialized vehicles and provide cost estimates
• anticipate and resolve complications
• de-escalate situations and determine when escalation is needed
• communicate proactively with customers, drivers, and agents
• maintain required sector certifications and compliance
• suggest system or workflow improvements
• meet applicable performance metrics and customer service standards
• attend two weeks of in-person training at the Carlsbad headquarters.
