What you'll do

• Prepare dining areas and assist with meal service
• collect trays and transport them to cleaning areas
• operate dishwashing and sanitation equipment
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• store food and supplies
• assemble food items for regular and modified diets
• assist with food preparation and inventory
• maintain required records and follow safety, infection-control, and sanitation procedures.
