What you'll do

• support formulary compliance and cost-effective medication use
• provide consultations and participate in clinical programs
• supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• document interventions and report medication errors and adverse drug events.

Why this role

Mixed shifts are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM and 9:30 AM–8:00 PM; night schedule is seven on/seven off, Wednesday through Tuesday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM. New graduates may qualify only with a hospital-pharmacy internship.
