What you'll do

• Study applicable requirements, labor contracts, procedures, and equipment
• train and assign hourly personnel
• report equipment malfunctions, procedural deviations, absenteeism, accidents, and unusual occurrences
• prepare minor work orders and coordinate work under major work orders and Radiation Work Permits
• review records and reports
• address performance issues and administer discipline when required.
