PeopleSoft HR / Payroll Functional Consultant

What you'll do

• Assess the current Single ID design and identify conflicts with payroll processing
• recommend and drive a revised functional approach
• align HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
• evaluate impacts on pay groups, earnings, paysheets, retro pay, balances, deductions, FLSA, and check generation
• define future-state workflows
• support data mapping, conversion, validation, and parallel payroll testing
• work with technical teams on integrations
• document, train end users, and support go-live.
