What you'll do

• Perform Level I installation duties
• manage project and service tickets
• take accountability for assigned work
• delegate tasks and mentor Level I installers when leading a team
• communicate with project coordinators, managers, and customers
• work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems
• perform factory-authorized product testing
• configure and commission systems
• provide basic customer training. The posting requires at least two years in a construction trade, low-voltage electrical knowledge, field experience, networking knowledge, and at least one year of knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems.
