The Journeyman contributes to team goals by performing technical tasks, interpreting blueprints, and mentoring apprentices to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• install conduit, wiring, and panels
• perform diagnostic testing
• ensure NEC compliance
• coordinate with project managers
• mentor apprentices
• follow OSHA safety protocols.
