What you'll do

• Collaborate with the third-party administrator
• maintain fund books and records
• prepare US GAAP financial reporting and investor reporting
• perform cash management and initiate wires
• confirm wire instructions and process credit-line draws and paydowns
• reconcile capital calls
• assist with audits and regulatory reporting
• review investor K-1s and tax filings
• analyze weekly and monthly fund performance and reports
• support investment and client-service teams.
