• Oversee inventory management and maintain established par levels.
• Monitor and validate equipment inventories.
• Drive on-time flight departures by coordinating catering operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement menu and service changes.
• Champion compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate customer audits, evaluations, and business reviews.
• Manage and analyze flight attendant feedback and service trends.
