The Wellness Nurse (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse) role is an onsite, full-time position at Windrose at Woburn Assisted Living Memory Care in Woburn, MA. What you'll do
- Assist with medication program supervision, medication deliveries, and medication box audits
- support residents with activities of daily living as needed

- report significant incidents and changes in resident needs
- assist with assessments and service plans
- train and orient staff
- help schedule Resident Care Assistants
- maintain assignment sheets, medication alerts, and monthly reports.
