What you'll do

• Conduct daily resident rounds
• build relationships and identify and address concerns
• welcome new residents and conduct admission follow-ups
• contact each resident’s primary family contact at least weekly
• share resident-experience updates and address questions
• request reviews and share positive stories
• manage CareCash
• support hospitality and culture initiatives
• build relationships with case managers and referral partners.
