Team Lead

The Team Lead role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA; pay is $18 per hour. At CAVA, Team Leaders help bring the restaurant's mission, values, and competencies to life for guests and team members while supporting wholesome, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The Team Lead guides daily restaurant work, delegates tasks, supports training and cross-training, and helps ensure food safety and service standards. The role contributes to a positive guest experience and restaurant performance in partnership with assistant general managers and general managers.

What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and support cross-training
• support opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• support food safety and cleanliness standards
• model sound decisions and help resolve issues
• support shift deployment and timely food-order presentation.
