What you'll do

• Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team
• align resources with business priorities and HR initiatives
• develop people strategies for workforce planning, talent, performance, employee relations, engagement, development, and organizational design
• advise leaders on workforce requirements, capability gaps, succession, performance, compensation, promotions, and talent movement
• improve HR processes and service delivery
• strengthen HRBP and Talent Acquisition partnerships
• serve as HR Business Partner for assigned functions as needed.
