What you'll do

• Collect and manage patient clinical information

• review charts and prior dictation
• obtain diagnostic study reports and prepare films
• prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies
• advise patients of test results
• process in-office labs
• give injections as ordered
• remind patients of appointments and imaging needs
• assist with prescription refills and forms
• reschedule appointments
• scan and file medical records
• follow HIPAA and organizational policies.
