Maintenance Supervisor

• managing department costs
• planning non-emergency maintenance
• coordinating PM routes
• supervising maintenance and cleanup personnel
• managing contractor safety
• maintaining sawmill equipment
• ensuring crew safety through lock-out procedures and risk assessments
• mentoring apprentices
• managing parts inventory
• scheduling and attendance
• inspecting completed work.
