What you'll do

• Verify, audit, and reconcile room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, bills, and occupancy figures
• perform front desk duties such as reservations, check-ins, guest inquiries, and complaint resolution
• complete administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures
• help ensure guests have a pleasant stay
• and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for hotel management and department heads.
