Experienced HVAC Technician — Building Maintenance

The Experienced HVAC Technician role is onsite in Vail, CO, and is year-round, with full-time hours available. The expected pay range is $23.22–$35.35 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain commercial buildings and associated plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fixtures, and general repairs
• maintain pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes in a domestic drinking-water system
• maintain heating, ventilation, and controls
• maintain commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment
• assist with troubleshooting building electrical systems
• coordinate materials with Mountain Services Coordinators
• provide customer service and manage seasonal workload.
