What you'll do

• Assist the Project Manager with HVAC and mechanical scopes from preconstruction through closeout
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders
• communicate project status with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
• maintain budgets, manpower logs, and schedules
• track equipment specifications and material deliveries
• support issue resolution, project planning, vendor sourcing, and quality assurance
• manage documentation using tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
