What you'll do

• Provide accurate menu, pricing, and allergen information
• take and enter orders in the POS system
• prepare drinks according to recipes and serve food and beverages promptly
• replenish stock
• check identification for age verification
• support food servers
• resolve or escalate guest concerns
• follow safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
• process payments and close checks
• account for bar funds
• complete opening, running, closing, and checkout duties
• monitor intoxication and refuse further alcohol service when appropriate.
