What you'll do

• Coordinate client appointments and daily schedules from the office, visit clients at home to monitor care quality and assess whether care plans meet their needs, and report findings.
• Serve as a resource for technical questions and problem-solving, assess safety risks, provide hands-on training and assistance as needed, and substitute for a Home Care Aide if necessary.
