• develop program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• translate capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into technical requirements
• lead cross-functional execution and mitigate schedule and budget risks
• report status, risks, and KPIs
• resolve technical and logistical issues
• establish scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs.
