What you'll do

• Provide awake coverage and supervision for 20 apartment units
• monitor visitor check-in, calls, and building grounds
• respond to client needs and crises
• document interactions and significant events
• coordinate with case managers
• support basic needs
• clean and restock supplies
• inspect units
• maintain confidentiality
• follow emergency procedures
• accept donations and support volunteer activities.
