What you'll do

• Organize receiving and sorting workflows
• oversee sorting, grading, pricing, and seasonal merchandise rotation
• maintain clean, safe, equipped workstations
• coordinate inventory needs with the Front-End Supervisor
• monitor supplies and submit monthly orders
• train and supervise volunteers
• assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff reviews
• support customers and donors
• explain donation acceptance guidelines
• complete closing and facility-security procedures.
