What you'll do

• Provide advanced hardware, software, and network support
• diagnose and resolve escalated Level 2 tickets and escalate to Level 3 as needed
• provide onsite and remote client support
• document configurations and resolutions
• mentor Level 1 technicians
• monitor client environments and take corrective action
• collaborate across support teams.
