What you'll do

• Operate construction equipment under supervision for grading, excavation, backfilling, and solar-related work
• assist with spotting existing utilities
• maneuver equipment around installed solar components
• maintain spoil piles according to OSHA standards and site requirements
• communicate with spotters and team members
• use basic hand and power tools
• report equipment needing repair
• assist with material handling, daily reports, and equipment checks.
