What you'll do

• Qualify requisitions, job descriptions, and recruiting strategies with hiring managers
• post jobs
• source, screen, and submit candidates
• coordinate interviews and communicate hiring decisions
• conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding
• administer pre-employment screening
• verify I-9 documentation
• maintain ATS/HRIS records and assist with HR operations.
