Patient Concierge

Job overview

The Patient Concierge role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with compensation of $21–$23 per hour. Lifekind Health’s mission is to provide whole, human, and healing care through integrated medical, behavioral, and lifestyle support.

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in patients
• verify demographic and insurance information
• communicate wait times, services, and next steps
• address patient questions and concerns
• maintain the front desk
• confirm and manage appointments
• coordinate patient flow
• complete check-in and check-out, copay collection, and documentation
• verify insurance eligibility and authorizations when applicable
• maintain accurate patient records
• collaborate with clinical and operations teams.
