The General Manager, Commercial HVAC role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, serving the Greater Portland–Vancouver metro area. Base salary is $180,000–$200,000 per year, plus weekly pay. Entek HVAC provides commercial HVAC, electrical, and mechanical solutions across the region. The General Manager leads the commercial mechanical services business, with responsibility for strategy, financial performance, operations, customer relationships, team development, and profitable growth across service, maintenance, construction, and electrical operations.

What you'll do

• Lead business strategy and operations
• own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and planning
• expand commercial and industrial service, maintenance, retrofit, design-build, electrical, and energy-efficient building offerings
• oversee service, construction, project management, dispatch, and field teams
• develop customer relationships
• recruit, coach, and retain leaders
• improve productivity and operational efficiency
• promote safety and regulatory compliance.
