Shift Leader

Shift Leader is an onsite role in Fontana, CA. Pay is $21–$22 per hour. The role supports Carl’s Jr. restaurant operations and guest service. The Shift Leader directs shift activities and, when the General Manager is absent, helps the management team maximize sales and profits while controlling costs. The role coordinates employees, maintains operating standards, and addresses guest concerns to support a consistent restaurant experience.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise shift activities
• plan and complete daily operational routines and paperwork
• perform opening or closing duties as directed
• follow point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures
• resolve guest questions and complaints
• delegate responsibilities and verify task completion
• support restaurant management goals.
