The associate independently manages matters from intake through resolution, combining policy analysis, client advice, and litigation. The work helps clients develop coverage strategies and resolve disputes in California state and federal courts.

What you'll do

• Analyze commercial insurance policies and advise institutional clients on coverage positions
• manage direct client relationships
• develop coverage strategy, tender decisions, and policy procurement considerations with clients
• litigate coverage disputes in California state and federal courts, including depositions, motions, and filings
• manage matters from intake through resolution
• draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights responses, and demand letters.
