What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for intelligent systems automating pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance
• design end-to-end AI workflow experiences
• partner with engineering to deliver reliable, explainable features
• define and track adoption, accuracy, efficiency, automation, and customer outcome metrics
• gather customer feedback with Customer Success and Solutions
• occasionally support onboarding.
