What you'll do

• Manage and coach center staff
• oversee staffing, patient flow, and operational and clinical standards
• ensure supplies and equipment are available
• lead hiring, training, and scheduling
• maintain regulatory and credentialing compliance
• coordinate billing
• review financial statements and operating scorecards
• implement corporate initiatives
• support marketing and community outreach
• communicate with the Regional Director and other centers.
