The role supports learning, care, family communication, and children’s connection to nature through classroom and outdoor activities.

What you'll do

• Assist assigned classes
• participate in and help lead classroom and nature activities
• prepare meals and snacks
• maintain a safe learning environment
• support diapering and potty training
• help plan age-appropriate activities with the Lead Teacher
• organize indoor and outdoor classrooms
• take daily anecdotal notes
• communicate with parents
• document children’s days using the Procare app
• participate in meetings and professional development.
