What you'll do

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
• lead quality improvement efforts involving infection prevention, wound management, documentation, incident follow-up, and regulatory readiness
• support nursing education, onboarding, orientation, competencies, and staff development
• coach and mentor nurses and nursing assistants
• monitor clinical outcomes and implement corrective actions
• serve as nursing leader in the Director of Nursing’s absence.
