The Memory Care Lifestyle Coordinator role is onsite in Mooresville, NC. Compensation is not specified. The coordinator helps plan and deliver activities tailored to residents’ abilities and interests, promoting social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being. The role works with the care team so activities complement resident care plans and supports caregiving during meal and rest breaks.

What you'll do

• Facilitate group and one-on-one programs suited to residents’ cognitive abilities and interests
• assist with daily music, sensory, exercise, reminiscence, and art activities
• adapt activities for inclusion
• coordinate with the care team and care plans
• help plan special events and seasonal activities
• encourage participation and document outcomes when required
• review goals and progress notes
• support caregiving during meal and rest breaks.
