Release Train Engineer — Regional Strike Programs

What you'll do

• Facilitate and own ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and System Demos
• coordinate dependencies and integration planning
• align agile delivery with EVM milestones, IMS gates, and contractual commitments
• identify and resolve systemic impediments
• report progress, risks, and trade-offs
• coach Scrum Masters and team leads
• use flow metrics to improve work
• coordinate with Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, and functional leads.
