What you'll do

• Develop spatial programs and project requirements with clients
• maintain schedules and resource plans
• guide design to align with budgets
• oversee design concepts, material palettes, furniture specifications, and presentation packages
• coordinate technical solutions and final documents for authorities
• oversee construction administration
• lead client presentations
• contribute to proposals and pursuit interviews
• maintain client and project-team relationships
• represent LJC at community and industry events
• and mentor colleagues.
