What you'll do

• Maintain adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards
• enforce project procedures and safety requirements
• maintain working knowledge of certificate-of-occupancy processes
• monitor construction progress against schedule
• coordinate subcontractors and vendors for quality and cost control
• complete punch-list items
• prepare subcontractor schedules and contribute to project schedules
• secure the site and company assets
• implement safety and risk-management standards.

Why this role

Requires three years of multifamily or wood-frame construction superintendent experience, Timberline, Procore, and Microsoft Office experience, knowledge of building codes and safety standards, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
