What you'll do

• Manage daily production, inventory, supply chain, continuous improvement, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategy, growth, and profitability targets.
• Oversee safety, manufacturing operations, supply chain, capital equipment, facilities management, workforce development, and operations strategy deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement and empower teams to solve problems.
• Manage P&L and achieve revenue and margin commitments.
• Support sales & operations planning (S&OP).
• Plan and execute a best-in-class supply chain.
• Foster a positive employee relations environment.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or related field. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational leadership role.
