Medication Aide — SIC

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications with proper dosage, timing, and documentation
• assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• maintain medication records
• report adverse reactions, medication errors, and health changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team
• store medications securely
• follow medication safety regulations and facility protocols.
