Production Assembler — First Shift

The Production Assembler role is onsite in Ashland, OH, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay is $17.80 per hour. Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring for a hands-on opportunity with a locally based manufacturer. The role supports daily manufacturing goals by assembling products and components, checking work quality, and learning multiple production tasks. The assembler also uses basic measurements, works with teammates, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
