Speech Therapist - Full-Time Day Shift

The Speech Therapist role is an onsite position located in Chambersburg, PA, with a pay rate of $50.00/hour. Powerback Rehabilitation is a leader in therapy services, dedicated to helping older adults stay active and thrive through personalized care. This role exists to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients in skilled nursing and outpatient settings. The therapist will evaluate, treat, and manage communication and swallowing disorders, working collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to restore patient function and independence.

• Perform patient screenings and evaluations
• develop and implement individualized speech-language pathology treatment plans
• coordinate with the rehabilitation team
• maintain accurate documentation
• provide patient and caregiver education
• ensure a safe environment
• and maintain therapy equipment.
