The Youth Development Professional, Education role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, and pays $15 per hour. The position supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida’s goal of helping members graduate on time and prepare for post-secondary education and careers. The role plans and delivers educational programs, supports youth participation and development, tracks student progress, and helps maintain a safe, positive Club environment. It contributes to an outcome-focused Club experience for members ages 6 to 18.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement educational programs
• recruit and retain youth participants
• work with Club staff to deliver programs
• collect and maintain student grades and educational data
• supervise members and provide guidance
• monitor program outcomes and recommend modifications
• maintain program-area cleanliness and supplies
• prepare reports and maintain a daily schedule.
